We are happy to finally offer our kids and family program again!

Within the project Kinder mittenDRIN (Kids INSIDE) the Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden offers a two-hour program for children and young people of all age groups. InSIDE, right in the middle of the respective exhibition, they can work creatively and freely. Unlike many cases of classical educational work in museums, the exhibits are not copied or interpreted, but form a fertile ground for free, independent work, where children can make their own decisions on content and focus. Sense of community, group ability, social learning and creativity are tried in principally mixed-age groups.

Wilhelms Wanne is an interactive and intergenerational mediation program aimed at children and adolescents alognside their families. Part of the program is a joint visit to the current exhibition, during which an associative access is made to the exhibited works. Afterwards a creative surprise awaits all participants.

In view of the current situation regarding the COVID-19 virus, special care will be taken to ensure that each participant has their own place and sufficient distance from other participants when designing in the exhibition.

Due to hygiene protection measures, we kindly ask you to note the following requirements:

• Participants who are not yet vaccinated or recovered at the time of the event require a negative Covid test not older than 24 hours.
• Masks are required for the visit in the Kunstverein (For children from 6)
