The art-cookbook “Die Suppe ist gegessen† by the artist Kateřina Šedá concludes her eponymous Follow-Fluxus-Project and contains material to all phases of this complex, transformative project which Šedá developed in 2011during her fellowship in Wiesbaden. In addition, 26 Wiesbaden young chefs contributed recipes in which they reinterpreted and nifty refined classic Czech dishes.
Together with the 26 chefs, Kateřina Šedá (* 1977, Brno) developed in her work “Die Suppe ist gegessen† a possible future for the Czech village NoÅ¡ovice, which has a geographical and social division through the construction of a huge automotive plant in the centre of the village. The presentation of the food on the plates tries to identify solutions to overcome this division.
