The Nassauischer Kunstverein and Wilhelm Modedesign by Jamal Alfaouri present the exclusive upcycling collection WILHELM & WILHELMINE.

The designs of the label are produced by hand and resource-conserving,  from the exhibition flags of the Kunstverein - each piece is unique! That way, you can always carry a small piece of the Kunstverein with you.

Having strated his career as a fashion designer in Damascus, Jamal Alfaouri had to flee with the beginning of the Syrian war and initially continued his work in Egypt. Since 2014, he is living in Germany where he reassumed his work as a fashion designer and is building a new label now. His new studio in Luisenstraße 3 is located right next to the Kunstverein.

As part of the initiative Hier! Und Jetzt?, the Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden promotes the new beginning of the successful fashion designer and has developed the label WILHELM & WILHELMINE in cooperation with Jamal Alfaouri as an exclusive upcycling.

On December 1st, from 12 am to 6 pm, we invite you to the premiere of the first designs in the Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden.
